Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hour notice. Less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100%. A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies. Arrivals 20 minutes or more late will be rescheduled and charged 50% of the scheduled service to respect the next client’s appointment time. By booking, you agree to these policies.
